Please use this number to reach us from now on, if you have our old one plugged into your phone - replace it as soon as you get a chance. You can reach us anytime on this number… well, within reason. Haha.

Once again - I am finding the need to apologize for my spotty blog posting. Please forgive me. I had to have surgery last week - nothing big, just a troublesome gall bladder that was causing me some pain. But - it’s out. I’m recovering, and we’re good to go. We actually did an engagment shoot just 3 days after the surgery. Of course, Steve did the shooting, I just did the bossing, and thankfully our clients had a great sense of humor because I was still on my pain meds at that point. Good times!

So - with this little update - I am back to work, sitting happily at my computer, uploading pictures, designing albums, and back in the swing! I’ll post pics from a couple sessions within the week or … maybe next. But… SOON!

Thanks for your patience… once again! I can almost promise I’m done having surgeries… and babies for the year. Actually, I can promise on the babies -done there. Done with surgeries in general - as far as I’m concerned!

Keep watching… OH, and the new site is LIVE! Halfway. The wedding site seems to be working beautifully, the blog is linked without trouble, but the portrait site is a little sketchy at this moment. I’m working on that with our web designer. More soon… as usual.

And while I’m in the mood to blog - I’ll go ahead and update you about the upcoming changes with Fusion Photography. We are in the midst of rebranding! We’ve started with the blog - you may notice the new colors, the cleaner look, and the fact that it doesn’t match our current website at all! Haha. It will.

We’ve decided to have a new site designed - for a number of reasons: 1) We wanted to split our portrait work and our wedding work into two different sites. They will still both be easy to access and linked from the same main page. This way we can share more pictures with you. On our old site we were quite limited as to how many images we could put up and how many categories we could use. 2) Spring is here! What better time to get a fresh look!? 3) I have a disorder in which I tend to rearrange our furniture and frantically clean the house every now and again. It drives Steve nuts. So, I thought I’d take out my need to rearrange and clean on our website.

In all seriousness… we are rebranding, the colors will change, the look will change a bit, the site will be split in two, and we will have some great new promotional materials. It’s all a work in progress and should be done by mid April.
